    A rapidly growing firm committed to helping families navigate life transitions, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Cary, NC. If you have a minimum of two years of probate experience in North Carolina and possess a thorough understanding of the estate administration process, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client and Court Communication: Manage communication with clients and courts, providing updates, gathering necessary information, and addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
    2. Document Preparation: Take charge of preparing and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate pleadings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    3. Case Management: Oversee the entire case lifecycle, from initiation to completion, collaborating with attorneys and ensuring all administrative aspects are handled efficiently.
    4. Compassionate Support: Provide compassionate assistance to individuals coping with the loss of a loved one, offering understanding, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
    5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, offering support and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
