Sentara Careplex Hospital & Sentara Louise Obici Hospital are hiring an Inpatient Case Management Supervisor, RN. The ICM Supervisor will travel to both facilities throughout the week to support teams at Sentara Careplex Hospital (Hampton, VA) and Sentara Louise Obici Hospital (Suffolk, VA). This job's primary responsibilities will be to assist ICM Managers and provide additional support.Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for daily operations including coordination of work quality service First line supervisor in Department of Inpatient Case Management for assigned hospital location Facilitates work of assigned team members Provides leadership role ongoing case manager competency assessment needs identification educational offerings Provides educational services MedicalCareManagement staff Participates in work activities assigned teams provides case management services as needed Functions one following practice settings Hospitals only
