Job Description: Our client seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide top-notch physical therapy services with measurable outcomes. Candidates should hold a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, have an active license, and value diversity, equity, and inclusion within a varied workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.
Assess new patients and establish care plans.
Set clear, functional goals for treatment and patient education.
Guide patients through treatment and home exercise programs.
Supervise assistants and track patient advancements.
Focus on pain management within the care spectrum.
Decide on patient discharge timing and offer post-treatment guidance.
Ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
Contribute to a productive work environment.
Engage in research and protocol development.
Offer insights into policy and procedural development.
Manage patient feedback and address complaints efficiently.
Stay current with the latest physical therapy research and practices.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible scheduling available within clinic operational hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary of around $80,000.
Additional profit sharing and bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 yearly.
