Role Overview:

They are currently seeking an experienced Front End Developer with a strong technical background and leadership skills to contribute to their team.

In this role, the candidate will collaborate with seasoned developers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to implement reliable, robust, and scalable solutions for their Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of new user-facing features and enhancements, providing technical guidance to fellow front end developers.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Develop visually appealing layouts using Tailwind CSS and HTML, showcasing expertise in frontend development techniques.
Design and craft Angular components and services with a focus on modularity and scalability
Collaborate with product owners to ensure that features and changes meet business requirements and align with their strategic vision.
Work closely with designers, UX professionals, and other developers to understand new features, dependencies, and technical details.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing engineering processes, including deployment, monitoring, localization, accessibility, and troubleshooting.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in front-end software development, with at least 3 years of Angular experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience in an agile environment, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Proficiency in creating scalable SaaS systems with a focus on decision-making.
Solution-driven mindset with the ability to understand the big picture.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction.
Experience with ES6, TypeScript, Angular (latest version preferred), RxJS, and testing with Jest for both unit and integration testing.


Additional Skills:
Data visualization experience, particularly with HighCharts or , is advantageous.
Familiarity with a11y ARIA attributes and screen reader technologies is desirable.
Knowledge of end-to-end testing with Cypress would be beneficial.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as C#, .Net 6+, and SQL is a plus.
