    Description


    PSR Program Specialists shall be responsible for the implementation of interventions as specified in Individual and/or PSR Person Centered Plan at the direction of the Site Director and/or Lead PSR Specialist to help each client achieve optimal stability and functioning.

    PSR Program Specialists shall be familiar with priority client cases, executing tasks in a timely manner, develop resources, and establishing community contacts data base for immediate access of resources.

    PSR QP shall be familiar with the functions of all CFA, Inc.

    therapeutic guidelines and, be able to demonstrate how to best implement these guidelines to serve the needs of the client.

    PSR QP will implement agency operations, policies and procedure and will ensure that the lines of communication between Administration, the field (therapists, and family members, community providers) and the client remain open.

    Minimum Level of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required to Perform the

    Position Responsibilities:
    A. Skills in writing (very strong), spelling, word processing, data entry and e-mail communication.
    B. Ability to perform basic mathematics functions
    C. Be able to interact with highest level of professionalism on behalf of CFA, Inc. clients via home visits, telephone or in the office.
    D. Ability to communicate with and coordinate services between CFA, Inc. office support staff, Therapists, Case Managers, Mental Health and PSR Specialists, Clients, Caregivers and Managed Care Companies.

    This position, may require weekend and/or evenings as needed

    Required Education/Experience:

    1 year of Direct Mental Health Care experience with Target Population


    AND:
    Bachelor's Degree in Social/Behavioral Science Field (QP/Qualified Professional)
    Bachelor's Degree in Social/Behavioral Science Field and less than 2 years of experience or Degree in Other Field and less than 4 years of experience (AP/Associate Professional)
    Associate's Degree, High School Diploma, GED and 2 years experience (PP/Para Professional)
    BiLingual Candidates (Spanish and ASL) strongly encouraged to apply
