    Description


    The Financial Analyst's primary function is to analyze sales to understand and provide insights on key drivers, including: price realization, book to invoiced sales, sales mix, new products, market share gains/losses and other economic factors.

    This is a high visibility role that directly supports the Management Team and works very closely with our Sales Channel Managers, Product Managers and cross functional teams.


    Your day to day:
    Monthly reporting to key stakeholders
    Analytics to support the business in understanding and implementing effective pricing strategies

    Maximize price realization
    Maintain healthy margins
    Gain market share and achieve overall revenue goals

    Managing the price realization budget and billback expense including the accruals and balance sheet management
    The position requires a Financial Analyst who enjoys forming innovative, conceptual solutions to financial and profitability analysis issues. It is also important that this person be a motivated self-starter with strong judgement.

    The analyst will also partner with IT to enhance and develop tools (outside of excel analysis) to provide insights to the business.

    Required Qualifications

    What do you bring?
    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related
    5+ years experience in progressive financial analysis with a broad understanding and perspective of financial and/or accounting principals

    5+ years experience using various financial reporting software such as SAP, MicroStrategy and Corporate Performance Management platforms such as Prophix & Hyperion or Magnitude.

    Preferred
    Master's Degree
    5+ years experience analysis focused on sales
