Large dealer group in the Northwest Suburbs is seeking an F&I Director to run the department.

This is a true director position where you will be responsible for your production and the production of the entire department. We offer market leading compensation for the right candidate. We are a Reynolds dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Meet F&I department minimums.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction.
• Use compliant menu selling techniques.
• Lead by example with other managers and the sales team.
