- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Provide therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student goals and objectives
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Tennessee state license or ability to obtain one prior to the start of the assignment
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
