Dates:
May 4 â€" May 29
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

Call:
Up to 1:4

• 1â€"2 weekday call shifts per week 1 weekend per month OB proficiency required if taking call

Facility:
Critical Access Hospital

ORs: 5 ORs plus Cysto and Endoscopy suites
Anesthesia coverage typically runs 2â€"4 rooms per day
Clinical Details

Case volume averages 5â€"20 cases per day (including endoscopy and cataracts)

Case mix includes:

• Orthopedics
• General surgery
• Podiatry
• ENT
• Healthy pediatrics
• Urology
• OB/GYN
• Occasional endoscopy No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases

Autonomous CRNA model
Anesthesia team includes 1 MD and 4 CRNAs

Skills Needed

Spinal anesthesia
OB anesthesia
Epidurals
Endoscopy
Peripheral nerve blocks
Ultrasound-guided procedures
PICC line experience preferred but not required
Requirements

Active Oregon CRNA license
Board Certified CRNA
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)
DEA preferred
OB competency required for call
COVID-19 vaccination required
