Duininck is a third generation family led company focused on building strong communities through our relationships with customers employees subcontractors and vendors We have a diverse portfolio of businesses managing projects at any scale Duininck Concrete headquartered in West Central Minnesota serves its clients as industry experts providing guidance and support for projects of any scale This seasonal full time position comes with a strong benefits package including Competitive pay range of 28 to 33 per hour based on experienceOvertime eligible after 40 hoursPaid Time OffStrong Health Plans to choose fromDental & Vision Plans Company Paid Life insurance & Short Term DisabilityPosition specific personal protective equipment provided401K with company match and moreThis position with Duininck Concrete offers the opportunity to be home every night after safely delivering concrete to construction sites as a critical member of the team CDL is needed but no Ready Mix experience required we provided paid training on how to handle and deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers The Role Safely operate a ready mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sitesFollow DOT requirementsAdhere to all traffic laws and safety regulationsFollow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be deliveredCommunicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issuesProvide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sitesEnsure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damageMaintain clean interior and exterior truckParticipate in ongoing training
