    Job Summary


    As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, the Occupational Therapist (OT) delivers high-quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention.

    The OT performs detailed clinical assessments based on physician referrals and develops individualized, age-appropriate plans of care. Accurate and timely documentation, along with flexibility to adapt to changing assignments, is essential for success in this role.
    Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    Perform detailed clinical assessments based on patient needs

    Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

    Accurately document patient care and progress

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

    Adapt effectively to evolving assignments and patient caseloads

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program

    Active Texas Occupational Therapist license

    Minimum of 2 years of OT experience

    BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
