Job summary
We are seeking an Afterschool Program Site Director who will maintain coordination, implementation, and administration of all academic and enrichment programs at the assigned location.The ideal candidate will exude vivacious energy and a great deal of laughter and joy.
Responsibilities
- Design a site program schedule/calendar together with site team that includes a variety of educational, enrichment, and recreational activities
- Work with collaborative partners and other providers to implement programs that reinforce program success
- Hold staff team accountable to weekly and monthly planning expectations as established by STEAMsport, Inc. administration
- Supervisor activities of volunteers and provide appropriate training as needed
