    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Retail Pharmacist for a Per Diem contract position in California.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, showcasing proficiency in managing pharmacy operations, including opening and closing procedures, as well as leading a team of pharmacy technicians.

    The role involves per diem coverage, with an average of 1-2 shifts per week, requiring flexibility and the ability to mute within the designated area.

    Responsibilities:
    *Per Diem Coverage*- Provide coverage on an as-needed basis, with an average of 1-2 shifts per week.

    • Willingness to mute in and around the area for assigned shifts.
    Pharmacy Operations

    • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the pharmacy.
    • Effectively manage and coordinate pharmacy technicians.
    Software Proficiency

    • Utilize McKesson's Enterprise (ERx)
    • Raley's software.
    • Navigate Rx30 (Cardinal Health) software for seamless operations.
    Mileage Reimbursement

    • Receive mileage reimbursement for travels exceeding 30 miles one way to a store.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) is required.
    • Licensed pharmacist in the state of California.
    Required Knowledge

    • Familiarity with laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products, and thirdparty plans.
    • Thorough understanding of Pharmacy Policy & Procedure Procedures.
    • High degree of initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Customer relations skills, ensuring an exceptional service environment.
    • Sound business ethics and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Excellent verbal and written munication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills for building relationships and conflict resolution.
    • Flexibility to work different schedules to meet store and customer needs.

    Certifications:

    • Stateissued license for Pharmacist in the state of California.
    • Immunization Certificate is required.

    Safety-Sensitive Position:
