Under the direction of the Manager, Compute & Collaboration, the Engineer III - Linux & Cloud would be responsible for helping in the design, configuration, and maintenance of IEHPs virtualized RHEL, Oracle Linux, and other Linux based systems. This role will also be responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of IEHPs Azure environment.

Education & Requirements

• Eight (8) or more years of hands-on experience working with Linux based systems and Azure environments.
• Linux: Five plus (5+) years of experience in administration of Linux or Unix-like computer operating system assembled under the model of free and open-source software development and distribution.
• Demonstrated experience with Apache Tomcat, often referred to as Tomcat Server.

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of VMwares Tanzu platform.
• Strong knowledge of storage and security administration, in addition to load balancing and application of appropriate security measures.
• Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making and communication (verbal and written) skills.
