- Install Ericsson Mini Link 6366 antenna mounts on walls following technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure precise alignment and positioning of mounts for optimal signal reception.
- Use suitable tools and equipment for installation, including drills, wrenches, and safety gear.
- Coordinate installation schedules and project timelines with team members.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential obstacles or hazards.
- Follow company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including materials and work performed.
- Complete JHA & Deliver Close-out packages for each site.
- Prior experience in installing microwave antenna stand-off mounts, particularly with Ericsson Mini Link 6366 models.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of MOP & Integration of Mini Link equipment.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- OSHA, CPR & First Aid, RF Safety Certification.
- Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) technology and microwave transmission systems.
- Experience with telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
