Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources
Proven experience in HR leadership roles with the maritime shipping industry, preferred.
In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry-specific HR challenges.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams and others in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Highly proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS and other relevant HR technologies.
