That's why we are looking for highly skilled, curious, self-directed people to drive the next phase of adtechnacity's evolution.As a Product Manager, you will serve as the connector between our core product and the business. You will deeply understand problems, identify gaps, and uncover what creates and maximizes value.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will also cross functional lines frequently and fluidly as you unite project teams and provide constructive objections when needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop strong understanding of business and marketing strategies
Lead discoveries to surface and understand underlying user problems, gaps, and opportunities as well as ideate solutions and evaluate their feasibility
Create product roadmaps, epics, and stories
Build solutions that maximize product's utility with a "value first" approach
Align teams on the right priorities and manage workflows in Jira as head of sprints and stand-ups, ensuring releases are delivered on time
Analyze and use product release data to guide and pivot engineering in order to achieve desired business outcomes
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations; communicate timelines, pivots, and roadblocks proactively
Document product requirements, release notes, and user guides to ensure product features are clear, well-understood, and ultimately, well-adopted
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to interpret data, including user behavior analytics and conversion rate data, to develop evidence-based ideas on how to improve performance
Impeccable organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at various stages of deployment simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Experience with project management solutions like Jira or similar platforms
