- Identify new solar and BESS prospects within the ERCOT and MISO region
- Negotiate land lease and purchase option agreements with landowners
- Set project timeline/milestone schedule
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

The Project Development Manager - Renewable Energy (Utility Scale) will have
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3-7 years experience in renewable development
- An understanding of renewable energy developments from inception to COD
- Heavy experience in greenfield efforts
- Experience in negotiating lease terms with landowners
- Proactive stakeholder engagement expertise across community, landowners, government, and consultants.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and a proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to ambiguity
- Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What's on Offer

$140,000 - $160,000 base salary
