    2,200 Service Repair Orders per Month
    5-day work week with rotating Saturdays

    Venice Toyota is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a full-time career.

    2,200 Service Repair Orders per Month

    ~ Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
    Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
    Help to identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test
    Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs
    Prepare report orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for service

    Write brief descriptions of the customers concerns on the repair order to help technicians locate the source of the problem.

    Provide support to other team members
    Requirements - Service Advisor:
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM Systems)
    Upload resume and complete online assessment for immediate consideration
    Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
