Position Information:
The Nurse Aide I plays a vital role in supporting WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by providing patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse. Emphasizing four key principles: Dignity and Respect, Information Sharing, Participation, and Collaboration, the Nurse Aide I ensures patient and family needs are met while aligning with the organization's mission and values.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Clinical Experience in a Related Area Preferred
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Or Completion of Nurse Aide College Courses
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Nurse Aide I Certification Mandatory
Hours of Work:
Every Sunday + 1 Weeknight from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
Weekend Requirements:
Every Weekend Shift
Call Requirements:
No On-call Duty
