Opportunity:
We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our established employed hospitalist group.
Nocturnist openings with 7on/7off or 14on/14off schedule. There are 7 Nocturnists with plans on increasing to 9-10 in 2021. No Procedures, NO Calls and NO ICU. Night Shifts involve ED coverage OR floor coverage only, NOT both. EMR is EPIC Academically affiliation with Internal Medicine Residency in Place.
Compensation:
Salary base on experience is $280,000 for 0-2 years , $297,000 for 3-4 years, and $300,000+ for over 5 years.
Achievable Quality Incentives of up to $40,000 with Productivity up to $15,000. Sign-on bonus is offered. Relocation up to $5,000 - $10,000. Full benefits and additional details to be discussed with candidates.
