- Create/modify 3D parametric models of subsea system components such as jumpers, PLET's, PLEM's, manifolds, etc.
- Create/modify drawing deliverables for the purposes of concept, FEED, and detailed design as required by project(s)
- Effectively plan and execute required drafting support for project that have been assigned.
- Engage with project personnel to deliver drawings on schedule and within a defined budget.
- Maintain status awareness of project(s) drawings and coordinate delivery with other disciplines within design team.
- Participate in project/discipline meetings and workshops.
- Provide input to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize proper CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) data management practices per company processes and procedures.
- Share lessons learned with design team and project teams.
- 5+ years of working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, version 2018 or newer
- Subsea design experience involving manifolds, PLEMS, jumpers, etc. a strong asset
- 5+ years of working knowledge of AutoCAD, version 2016 or newer
- 5+ years of structural/mechanical design experience
- Familiarity of subsea vendor equipment (including but not limited to FMC, OneSubsea, Trendsetter hardware, such as valves, connectors, controls equipment) a strong asset
- Working knowledge of and use of NAVISWORKS Manage or Freedom
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Vault 2016 data management an asset
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision.
- Capacity to plan, prioritize and solve challenging problems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS).
