    To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
    Set up dies, fixtures or assemblies assigned to production operators in accordance with MIOSHA standards and company procedures.
    Set-up Machinery and Equipment to Run Required JobsTroubleshoots equipment failures and problems with appropriate personnel.
    Maintain accurate and complete production and quality records.
    Selects and set speed and feed of machine according to type of operations and specified material and finish.
    Starts machine to obtain first run work piece and verifies dimensional tolerances.
    This Full-Time, Hourly role is a part of our Autokiniton - Oakland team and reports to the Production Supervisor.


    Required experience:
    Successfully complete Hi-lo, Crane and Die Setter Training Programs Within 90 days

    Education and/or Experience:
    High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience


    Technical Skills:
    Hilo & Crane Certification

    Mathematical Skills:

    Basic Skills:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Ability to use a mic, calculator, caliper, tape measure, square along with other various measuring units.
