Job summary
We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences driving customer satisfaction and fostering meaningful brand connections.The ideal candidate excels at creating positive lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty They thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment adeptly balancing multiple priorities consistently putting the customer first Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives enhancing team and customer engagement maintaining visual operational standards contributing to overall success of store This role may include opening closing responsibilities potential keyholder duties As part of Leap platform this individual will have unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings activations coverage needs Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify Endear Slack Google Workspace is strong advantage
- Experience in luxury retail with growing understanding of premium accessories including basic knowledge of materials product features service expectations high-end clientele
