Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn – Auburn, WA
We're currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40, $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.
30/60-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan
Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required Huge potential for motivated individuals

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
