- Gathers data to come up with ideas for new products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on
- Collaborates with internal teams to work on product requirements.
- Oversees multiple product management processes, establishes priorities, and coordinates with teams to create schedules throughout the product life cycle.
- Reports metrics that are defined by Dir Product to measure progress and to advance team performance and product success.
- Works on product features, gathering ideas for improving them, and creating new ones upon instruction.
- Supports Dir Product with market analysis and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards.
- Execute the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning under Dir of Product guidance.
- Creates, maintains, and adjusts the product-line-level strategy and product schedules.
- Balances the needs of the customers and limitations defined by stakeholders.
- Advocates for the product and the team members
- Assists in testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product.
- Manages the health and performance of the team by monitoring its members.
- Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch
- Oversees product throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks.
- Identifies gaps.
- Supporting Business Development Product initiatives and goals
- Support Marketing with product launches, product positioning, value proposition, forecasting
- Support web/marketing with data sheets available on the web
- Support KissFlow with creation of processes
- Detailed oriented
- Problem solving skills that include being creative and curious.
- Effective and collaborative communication skills
- Technical understanding and/or ability to ascertain the technical details of the product.
- Leadership ability to drive resources within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ability to learn, manage, and use KissFlow
- Proficient to Expert Level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- MS Project a plus, but not required.
