    JOB ROLE SUMMARY

    As an HR Business Partner at Acxiom, you will play a role in supporting the HRBP team to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services and programs. Your responsibilities include advising managers and associates on various HR matters, supporting people strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be a liaison for managers and associates, providing HR coaching, and facilitating solutions to meet business needs. Your role involves collaborating with the HRBP team, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion, and contributing to the achievement of HR goals.

    **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

    + Advise and coach managers and associates on HR-related matters.

    + Understand strategic business plans and HR implications, ensuring timely support of HR solutions.

    + Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and analytics and help develop agile staffing plans aligned with business objectives.

    + Facilitate excellence in HR management by supporting change management and organizational development strategies driven by the business.

    + Compile, present, and analyze HR data, metrics, and reporting.

    + Coach and guide managers in effective people management practices.

    + Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the HRBP team and across the larger HR team.

    **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**

    + 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR functions or relevant roles

    + Solid understanding of fundamental HR principles, policies, and practices

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through interactions with employees and managers, including experience interacting with multiple levels of leadership

    + Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to key HR programs and delivery

    **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**

    + Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

    + PHR or SHRM-CP Certification

    + Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address advanced HR issues and queries

    + Solid understanding of compensation and benefits structures, including partnering with compensation to make recommendations

    + Experience in implementing and managing talent management initiatives, including performance management and career development

    + Contribution to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

    + Analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from HR data to help inform and drive decision-making

    + Experience in optimizing the use of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for improved HR processes and reporting (Workday HCM experience a plus)

    + Proficiency with MS Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
