    Job Title - Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)Location - Denver, CO / Remote-Relocate later We would prefer Candidates who are willing to relocate later if needed but total remote within US is fine as well.

    Technical/Functional Skills:


    Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Einstein chatbots, Salesforce Service cloud (Flow, Batch/Queue, Process Builder, Workflow rules, Omni Channel etc), SOQL, API/Web Services, Python, JavaScript, Experience Cloud, Data loader/Ant/Workbench/SFDX.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Hands-on development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, Queues & API/Web Services/Kafka integration.
    Hands-on experience with Einstein chatbots or Chat Bot platform/ Frameworks. Build and deploy Digital Agents.
    Ability to develop/automate with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Python.

    Ability to work with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Lightning app builder, configure omnichannel/ChatButton/Queues, Email Templates/Notifications, Email-to-case, Case Assignment rules update, Embedded Service Deployment Scripts, and Intelligent routing.

    Understanding of NLP, growth of the intent and utterance library to continue to make bot smarter.

    [Einstein Bot training/model management]Experience with tools like:
    Dataloader, Workbench, SFDX - VSCode Salesforce extn.
    Knowledge of Change sets, permission sets, SOQL queries, notifications/email templates/alerts setup.


    Salesforce Certifications:

    Salesforce Certified Platform DeveloperDevelop/Configure automation processes where necessary, using established design standards, core workflow principles that are scalable and simple to maintain.

    Experience w/ Agile (JIRA), enterprise environments & end to end Salesforce development lifecycle.
