    We are recruiting for a Senior HR Technology & Workday HCM Solutions Analyst We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Workday HCM to enhance our client's HR technology solutions.

    In this role, you will:


    Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other HR Technology solutions, including standard configuration, routine system administration, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.

    Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
    Become familiar with other HR technology applications to develop holistic technology solutions for business problems.
    Maintain and develop standard/ad-hoc reports.
    Implement system Change Requests following change management and delivery processes.
    Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure the resolution of issues.
    Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
    Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and validation.
    Train internal clients on new processes/functionality and support the development of end-user documentation.
    Develop clear and concise requirement documents to respond to business demands.
    Actively participate in Workday Community to identify potential issues and new solutions to existing issues.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    Experience working with Workday HCM is required.
    Digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing various HR technology platforms.
    Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    Ability to convey technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards in work deliverables.
    Ability to audit own work for accuracy and completeness.
