    We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Validation Test Content Developer to join our team. The Validation Test Content Developer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our SoC validation test content. This role requires strong understanding of SoC architecture, excellent software development skills, and the ability to develop content for standalone and system level validation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand SoC IP architecture, work with IP Design/Verification teams to understand the validation requirements, develop/port/enhance the validation software content and bring up.
    • Design, develop, debug complex Firmware, driver and test content.
    • Excellent understanding of Embedded systems, Soc Architecture, Processor Architecture and Memory interfacing.
    • Understand the SoC Architecture, New features, prepare test plan and test content for standalone and system level validation.
    • Validate the IP Functionality on Emulation and Silicon, expose weakness, find bugs and root cause.
    • Validate system level scenarios, create new scenarios based on SoC architecture and customer use-cases.
    • Interface with Design/Software and other teams for the test plan and debugs.
    • Lead complex debugs interfacing with cross functional teams.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
    • 6+ years of experience working in IP Validation/ SW driver development in pre/post silicon environments.
    • Have working experience in certain SoC IPs like CPU, GPU, LPDDR4/5, USB /PCIe etc.
    • Good understanding in SW architecture and development.
    • Working experience in firmware, validation test content development, understand complex SW scenarios and debug the Firmware issues.
    • Exposure to working on emulation/pre-si environment.
    • Knowledge of JTAG based debuggers/compilers/linkers.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document findings and solutions.
    • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive and positive attitude towards achieving shared goals.
    Location:
    • This position is located in Austin, TX. It is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home each week. This job may not be performed 100% remote.
