Pitre Buick GMC & Kia is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean and organized.
• Provide basic information to customers about our dealership and its services.
• Generate temporary and demo tags
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software.
• Ability to work Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM & Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
