- Conduct inspections and repairs on pre-engineered restaurant fire suppression systems from leading manufacturers such as ANSUL, Amerex, Pyro Chem, Range Guard, and Piranha.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of NFPA, manufacturer specifications, and local fire codes pertaining to restaurant fire suppression systems.
- Execute on-site emergency troubleshooting for fire suppression systems, addressing issues promptly.
- Identify NFPA code violations and non-conformance issues, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all work performed, adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct fire marshal tests and inspections, ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Possess two or more years of hands-on experience inspecting restaurant fire suppression systems.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of NFPA codes related to fire suppression systems.
- Hold a valid driver's license with no major violations and three or fewer points.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working above head, and adapting to varied hours, including on-call, after hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and a sense of responsibility in handling assigned tasks.
- A willingness to work occasional nights, early mornings, and weekend shifts when required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
