    Description

    Job Title: Dealership General Manager

    Company: Leading Automotive Dealership

    • Looking for an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our fast-growing organization

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager/GSM in a Franchise Automotive Dealership
    • Previous experience as a F&I Manager
    • Lead teams with a professional management style emphasizing enthusiasm, productivity, and superior guest service
    • Optimize profits through aggressive KPI management
    • Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to store staff to meet sales goals
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain outstanding store condition
    • Handle staff or customer issues professionally and seek assistance when needed
    • Exhibit a great culture, motivation, and high performance for all employees
    • Maximize sales of back-end products and procure financing for customers
    • Maintain professionalism with customers and employees
    • Manage finance relations and create lending source relationships
    • Meet Manager expectations and maximize back-end products
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Preferred Experience:

    • 3 years in sales and finance
