Patent Litigation Associate – Palo Alto - Jameson Legal

Annual salary: $235,000 – $365,000

This is an excellent Palo Alto opportunity to join a first-chair trial team experienced in representing some of the hottest tech companies in the world in complex patent litigation.

You will attend trials in district courts across the country, as well as briefings and oral hearings at the PTAB, as well as represent clients before the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission.

We are looking to speak with California-licensed patent litigation associate attorneys with experience in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (post-grant proceedings).

If you have an undergraduate or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and/or physics and ITC experience, we would like to explore this opportunity with you.
