    job purpose :


    The Project Manager is responsible for the capital business case development, capital submissions for approval, and project management and execution for primarily the fairlife locations on the western half of the United States (Including our Goodyear, AZ and Dexter, NM manufacturing facilities, among others).

    These responsibilities include technical project scope, coordinating, budget allocation, scheduling, and staffing.

    The project manager will also be part of the capital strategy and governance team responsible for developing engineering and project management standards for the entire organization.

    Responsible for business case development and auditing for all fairlife locations
    Responsible for project management for fairlife Goodyear, AZ and Dexter, NM facilities
    Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and tasks, assigning phases and tasks, and review bids from contractors
    Determines project schedule by studying project plan, specifications and calculating time requirements
    Develops project benefits, paybacks, ROI, etc.
    Updates and maintains a detailed budget tracker for each project at the site

    Ensures that all best practices, design principles, standards are incorporated, and designs are reviewed with suitable stakeholders for input, guidance, and experience.

    Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts
    Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
    Effectively follow project financial controls (RFI, RFA, RFP, CO, VO) with clear details and documentation
    Ensure project management methodology is rigorously followed: in-scope, out of scope, goals, and deliverables.
    Ensures project execution is monitored and managed to meet business

    requirements:
    Track project budget, schedule and deliverables using appropriate tools.
    Reports status of projects to stakeholders, including reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
    Collaborates with project resources to develop a strategic action plan including cost estimates and timelines for each project
    Implements and manages project changes, change control and other interventions to achieve all required project outputs.
    Conducts intermediate and post project evaluations and assessment of results. Ensures that results and lessons learned are captured in a close-out report.
    Validates that all capital project metrics are in place and being reported properly.
    Coordinate with EHS and Quality Managers to ensure safety and compliance with all environmental laws and regulations


    requirements:
    Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline is required
    5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience – dairy, food & beverage, or liquid manufacturing preferred
    Strong project management background with a proven track record desired – PMP certification preferred
    Developed leadership skills – ability to lead contractor and project teams through various project disciplines
    Initiative-taker; positive & proactive mindset
    Strong business acumen - ability to effectively communicate and manage internal and external relationships
    Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
