    job details
    A trusted client of Randstad's has immediate openings for a Program Coordinator. This is a fully remote opportunity, but the right candidates must be local to Kentucky. Previous experience in the medical field. Must be comfortable making around 50-60 calls a day and able to meet goals. If you are interested please with an updated resume.

    Responsibilities

    • Loading members from a computer system to a spreadsheet.
    • Making outreach to members to attempt close care gaps of care in specific areas by assisting in making PCP appointments and finding PCP if needed.
    • Also assisting with finding resources for SDOH. Documenting in various systems the work that has been done with a member.
    • Meet weekly call goal of 250 calls, 50-60 members in panel daily and meet monthly audit scores.
