- A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education or nursing, and three years of employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.

North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, social services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties.

Under the general direction of a Case Management Supervisor, responsible for the full range of case management duties including cases requiring intensive case management and high levels of expertise. Implements the clients' service plans. If assigned to support young children (ages 3-6), will be responsible for assisting Intake with the process of determining Lanterman eligibility for children under "Provisional Eligibility" criteria prior to turning 5 years old.
