Service Advisors are trained to help customers find the BEST solutions to their vehicle service needs. Day to day includes managing appointments, greeting customers, thoroughly inspecting vehicles, diagnosing problems, providing repair estimates, and delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service
~ Schedule:
Full Time, business hours 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Saturdays, closed on Sundays.

~ Greet customers in the service department and obtain customer and vehicle information.
Accurately document customer's vehicle information and concerns.
Explain services, repairs, and maintenance to customers in terms they can understand.
Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle condition specified by customer.
Provide accurate estimates on service and repair costs and turnaround times.
Manage and schedule service appointments for customers.
Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely fashion.
Keep accurate records of vehicles serviced.
Assist with loading and unloading of customer vehicles.
Recommend products and services to customers.
Offer additional services and repairs to customers.
Participate in required training.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
2 years experience in automotive service preferred.
~ Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
~ Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, service, and repair.
~ Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to explain technical issues and parts in layman's terms.
Ability to upsell services and products.
Ability to use dealership software programs for scheduling and billing.
Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
