This person will be part of the Cost Management division and support the Organization, assisting to developing cost estimating for variety of projects using local market analysis.

Interact with and review data required from all prime contractors and subcontractors for the projects, add cost controls through construction administration.

• Review and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility Studies, Preliminary, Schematic, Design documents & Construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects for office renovation, healthcare facilities, retail restaurants and flagship stores and core and shell.
• Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering
• Provide support during general contractor and architect sourcing, while also participating in both the general contractor and architect interviews, bid leveling process, recommendation & award.
• Compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors and ensure the contractors abide the rates throughout the project duration.
• Enhance overall cost controls service delivery by increasing efficiency and improving processes
• Support in developing and maintaining customers historical cost benchmark for various project types
• Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers' expectations
• Experience in Construction Management, General Contractor or Real Estate firm
• Bachelor's degree
• MEP cost estimating experience
• Cost estimating or Construction Management background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management and understanding of CSI trade costs
