The Registered Nurse (RN) assists in delivering high-quality patient care in an ICU setting. Key responsibilities include autonomously practicing within the scope of RN licensure, advocating for patients, designing and carrying out care plans, administering medications accurately, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Responsibilities
- Aware of patient presenting problem and past medical history.
- Completes head-to-toe assessment and gathers relevant data to gain understanding of patient status.
