We are seeking skilled Owner-Operators to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our network. As an Owner-Operator, you will have complete control over your routes, lanes, and home time while still having access to consistent freight opportunities.

Job Description

• This is a solo operation where you provide your own tractor

You will be responsible for hauling goods across various regions in the country. The choice of freight type (Flatbed or Reefer) is yours, allowing you flexibility in selecting loads that fit your schedule and preferences.

As an independent contractor with Decker, you can expect:

• A base revenue split: 65%

• Fuel surcharge & reefer fuel handling: 90% on temperature-controlled loads (100% on dry loads)

Bonuses are also available based on safety performance via Decker's IC scorecard. You can qualify for incremental per-mile payouts by hitting scorecard tiers.  In addition,  weekly settlements help cash flow planning.
