    you will drive the creation and enhancement of technical documentation while supporting sales initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Your responsibilities:
    Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain technical documentation and support sales efforts.
    Provide technical feedback on new features, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
    Lead customer-focused content strategy aligned with product objectives.
    Partner with engineering teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
    Stay updated on Hyperscaler trends and services, adapting as necessary.
    Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive updates.

    Your Profile


    We're looking for a self-driven individual with a strong technical background and exceptional writing skills to spearhead customer-focused content strategy and collaborate closely with engineering teams.


    Your profile:
    Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    Proven experience writing for technical audiences and working with software development teams.
    Certification and experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS or Google would be a benefit.
    Strong collaboration and communication skills.
    Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
    Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
