We're looking for a Digital Analytics Engineer to help build and scale best‑in‑class digital analytics across web and mobile experiences.

This role will focus on Quantum Metric and mParticle, enabling accurate event tracking, deep customer journey insights, and data‑driven decision‑making across product, engineering, and business teams.

Digital Experience Analytics (Quantum Metric)
Implement and maintain Quantum Metric instrumentation across web and mobile platforms
Configure custom events, user attributes, funnels, dashboards, and alerts
Validate event accuracy, session replay coverage, and funnel metrics across environments
Partner with front‑end and back‑end engineers to ensure clean, performant tracking
Support UAT, release validation, and post‑production monitoring
Collaborate with Quantum Metric vendor teams on troubleshooting and best practices
Customer Data Platform (mParticle)
Implement and manage mParticle event schemas and user attributes
Support identity resolution, workspace strategy, and environment separation (Prod / QA / UAT)
Ensure reliable data flow to downstream analytics, experimentation, and marketing tools
Monitor data quality and resolve ingestion or delivery issues
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and marketing partners
Translate business requirements into clear tracking and measurement plans
Support onshore and offshore teams with implementation reviews and guidance
Data Governance & Documentation
Ensure analytics implementations comply with privacy, consent, and data governance requirements
Support PII handling, event whitelisting, and compliance reviews
Create and maintain instrumentation guides, data dictionaries, and dashboards
What We're Looking For
Required
Hands‑on experience with Quantum Metric (or similar session replay tools)
Hands‑on experience with mParticle or other Customer Data Platforms
Experience with event‑based tracking for web and mobile applications
Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion analysis
Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
Understanding of privacy regulations and consent management frameworks
Working knowledge of JavaScript for tracking implementations
SQL experience for data validation and analysis
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
Exposure to global, multi‑region digital platforms
