    As a Technical Solution Manager - Supply Chain Planning, you will partner with multiple supply chain organizations to lead and drive system and process initiatives to improve process and automation in capacity planning to enable the increasing scale and growth of Microsoft Cloud.

    Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or ProgrammingOR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or ProgrammingOR equivalent experience4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects4+ years of supply chain / transformation / business planning experienceOther Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

    Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

    This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated Systems Thinking with proven record of accomplishment in discovering connections (and gaps) between seemingly disparate or independent components of a frameworkDemonstrated Change Leadership - successes in leading process and organization transformation.

    Supply Chain transformation experienceProject Management experience managing the implementation of Supply Chain Systems projects, such as forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, purchasing / sourcing, warehousing / inventory managementExperience in Capacity Planning and/or Supply Chain Management, with an understanding of different supply chain modelsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDeveloping ability to think both strategically and tactically is desired.

    Proficiency in Enterprise Planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, E2Open, etc.) and business intelligence engines (SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.) are highly desired for this roleExperience in driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformationExperience in Lean Six SigmaTechnical Solution Management IC- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S.

    is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year.

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
