Job summary

This position plays an important role in advancing the Maricopa Community Colleges District classification and compensation initiatives by developing and revising job classification specifications.

The position will also perform some data analysis to support pay structures, equity reviews, system integrity, and decision-making recommendations.

Based on business needs, this position may be assigned to perform any combination of a broader range of classification and compensation functions consistent with the job classification specification,
