Delivers care to clients as delegated by the regional director of clinical operations, senior case manager or case manager.

We are hiring Part-Time and Full-Time LPNs to provide in-home care in Barnwell, SCBenefit from one-on-one patient relationships and from the satisfaction of enhancing client's health, quality of life, and peace of mind.

Essential Functions:
Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differencesAssess client and implement a plan of careMaintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkersEvaluate client response to interventionsPerform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standardsPossess strong communication and interpersonal skillsQualificationsGraduate of a state-approved school of professional nursingCurrent, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practiceNew grads welcomeCurrent CPR certification and TB test

Standard Rate:
