Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist to serve as a community liaison and representative. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with courts, hospitals, treatment centers and other community organizations to help connect individuals with the programs and services they need. You will be a key part of expanding awareness of our services while ensuring smooth collaboration with referral partners.
Responsibilities:
- Attend community events and engage with organizations to raise awareness of our programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with courts, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Facilitate connections that support participation in our services.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of all outreach activities and contacts.
- Share information about programs and services to promote understanding and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.
- Experience in community outreach, case management, business development, sales or a related field preferred.
- Passionate about connecting individuals with resources and support while growing referrals and increasing awareness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37, $50,000.00 per year
