Job Overview
The Finance Manager - Mondern Work & Security Direct Go-To-Market will drive & influence the GDC (Global Demand Center) go-to-market revenue product motions across the business, investments strategy, and engineering leads.
You will have a deep understanding of performance trends and impact of the Direct channel ecosystem mainly in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) space to enable a dependable partnership with marketing, engineering, and sales excellence teams to identify growth opportunities that support financial/strategic decision making.

ResponsibilitiesPrioritize
Partner with the Global Demand Center to drive analytics, insights and forecasting for Direct revenue, seats, and investments in Modern Work and Security products – what's working/what's not and drive actionable business health analysis through monthly/quarterly rhythms.
Conduct financial analysis to provide health of business readouts and trends focused on LTV (Lifetime Value) and CAC (cost), and articulate those findings to finance, marketing, and engineering leadership to support decision making.
Build robust, driver-based financial models to guide decision-making on business structure, strategy, pricing, revenue, and strategic direction.Effectively manage multiple demands across Marketing and Sales with the ability to focus effort on core drivers and simplifying when appropriate.
Conduct regular revenue and key performance indicators reviews, develop quarterly forecast and target, and support business reviews.Partnership
Analyze and report on Direct business performance partnering with Marketing/GDC (Global Demand Center), Engineering, and Sales Excellence to accurately represent the state of the business and drive necessary corrective actions.
Create and influence the business case for potential promos and report and drive action on existing promos.
Partner with Planning Finance team on investment decisions for upcoming partnerships and bring unique perspective based on latest insights.
Lead workstreams and reviews for Teams Essentials and other growth bets as they relate to the partner space partnering with engineering, marketing, and sales.
Protect
Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures.
Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business to business, with a technology company, supporting a Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, or Platform as a Service business model.
Ability to summarize performance and key stories.
Able to handle a high degree of ambiguity and quickly identify what needs to be accomplished across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders, yet able to push back where needed.
Partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required.Comfort with working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed analytics.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot; MS Finance tools preferred.
Experience in delivering presentations.
Financial Analysis IC- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year.
