    Description


    An employer in Mexico is looking for a Technical Support Specialist specifically fielding Salesforce tickets coming from front end users.

    This person will be providing backend support using ServiceNow ticketing.

    These tickets could be a range of things including new user requests, access issues, configuration changes, chat related changes, automation set ups, updates, etc.

    While Salesforce development experience is not required, it will be helpful when fielding tickets in regards to new integrations. This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in Mexico.

    *Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

    *Working as a fully dedicated Salesforce support role

    *Any hands on Salesforce development experience

    • At least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
    • 2+ years of experience fielding Salesforce tickets related to the following: new user requests, access issues, configuration changes, new integrations, automation setups, chat related configurations, updates.
    *Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud

    *Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
