    Primary responsibilities include the execution of specific trade marketing programs with the objective of building the brands and driving sales.

    Collaborate coordinating with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure effective management and growth of tradeshow, event initiatives and new projects which further supports and elevates our brand in the marketplace.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage distribution and coordination of displays and samples nationwide.
    Coordinate and track shipments, BOL's and POD's.
    Works with various departments in our organization to ensure materials and resources arrive in a timely manner. Manage seasonal projects working in collaboration with the In-House Graphic Designer.
    Provide PO# for displays & samples as well as freight PO's.
    Manage PopShop platform for displays and send information on time to vendors.
    Keep track of the budget allocated for displays and sampling events allocated.

    Prepare and follow up weekly reports reviewing with the plants in Mexico and logistics team providing weekly updates of the allocated samples forecast.

    Provide administrative support in processing, coding, and entering department's invoices.
    Ensure UPS shipments are processed using the online system.
    Performs other duties as assigned or required. Coordinate different trade shows that take place nationwide. Coordinate with agencies and freight carriers to have a 360 integration for Trade shows. Manage inventory of our warehouse giveaways. Performance Indicators Samples produced v/s samples requested by sales and nationwide events v/s samples distributed.

    QualificationsQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or equivalent is preferred

    Work experience required:
    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a trade & field marketing or retail environment.
    Background in Sales is highly recommended.


    Skills:
    Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
    Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
    Presentation and negotiation Skills. Detail oriented with administrative skills.
    Demonstrate initiative.
    Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Excel and Power Point intermediate level.


    Availability to travel:
    Inside the Country 30% and Outside the Country 5%.
